G.R.O.O.V.E-ment for Performers

Embodied artistry through Genre, Rhythm, Originality, Openness, Versatility, and Engagement

Welcome to G.R.O.O.V.E.-ment for Performers—a transformational experience where singers, dancers, and creative artists unlock embodied confidence, stage presence, and authentic self-expression.

Rooted in the six G.R.O.O.V.E. pillars—Genre, Rhythm, Originality, Openness, Versatility, and Engagement—this method helps performers of all levels step into their full presence both onstage and in life.

If you’ve ever felt unsure about how to move on stage, disconnected from your body, or ready to take your performance to the next level—this work is for you.

About the G.R.O.O.V.E.-ment Experience

G.R.O.O.V.E.-ment is more than just a workshop—it’s a journey back to your authentic, embodied self.

Why Embodied Movement Matters for Performers

Performance is more than just singing or speaking—it’s a full-body experience.

G.R.O.O.V.E.-ment offers a safe space to explore those questions. You’ll gain tools that make movement intuitive, expression honest, and performance joyful.

🌀 How is this different from G.R.O.O.V.E.-ment?
G.R.O.O.V.E.-ment for Performers is my original coaching method built for and with singers, actors, and performers. It blends movement, vocal presence, and performance intention. While it’s inspired by Groove™, it’s a separate, original framework focused on the stage and storytelling.
